This service allows anyone to pay in any way they prefer, including credit cards, bank accounts, buyer credit or account balances, without having to share financial information. You are not required to have a PayPal account in order to purchase from this store. If you already have a PayPal account you may use it.
Order & Shipping Policy
Once your order has been placed it will be processed within 1-2 business days. We do our best to ship your order the day in which it has been received and payment has been cleared. Orders will not ship until your payment has cleared your financial institution. Keep in mind that the any delay is only Paypal waiting for your bank to send them the money. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a USPS tracking number once payment has cleared and the package has been shipped. Orders within the United States are shipped by the US Postal Service (Priority Mail), which typically takes 3-5 business days depending on your location in the US.
Return Policy
Satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not absolutely satisfied with your purchase you can return it for a full exchange or refund minus shipping and handling within 30 days of receipt
Returning Damaged / Defective Items
In cases of damage or defect, the return process can often be expedited by providing a digital image of the damage or defect (along with a clear description of the problem) in an email to our customer support team. In many cases, action in the form of reprint or refund can be taken as soon as substantiation of the claim has been provided by the customer. If the damage / defect cannot be verified over the phone or via email contact, the item may be required to return to www.intharuff.com for inspection before a determination can be made as to the state of the product.
Please allow 2-3 weeks for refund or exchange shipment. We do our best to process returns and exchanges as quickly as possible. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages. We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed.
